The provisional program, as at end november 25th, is as follows:
Day 0 Wednesday, June 3th, 2026
The guests arrive at « Ibis Style Beaune Centre » hotel.
Day 1 Thursday, June 4th, 2026
Morning : We take the bus from the hotel to the Puzenat Museum visit in Bourbon Lancy after the visit we drive to the FPT plant for lunch.
Afternoon : FPT plant visit in Bourbon Lancy
Late afternoon/evening : wine tasting at winemaker’s Laurent Jeanniard followed by a dinner in a neighbouring restaurant.
Day 2 Friday, June 5th, 2026
Morning : We take the bus from the hotel to the Fallot mustard factory visit and free time / lunch in Beaune city center.
Afternoon : Visit of the « Art du tonneau » workshop ; we will learn the effects of the woods aromas upon the wine tastes and how a barrel is made.
Evening : end of encounter dinner
Day 3 Saturday, June 6th, 2026
Morning : « Hospices de Beaune » visit and free time in Beaune streets with the Saturday weekly market.

How to reach Beaune :
Beaune is located along the A6 toll motorway Paris – Lyon, at, roughly, 300 km south of Paris and 160 km north of Lyon. The exit Nr 24.1 is best appropriate to reach the Ibis Style hotel.
(Attention, there are several Ibis hotels in Beaune – ensure to plot the address previously indicated, in your navigation system)
For those traveling by plane, the 2 closest airports are Lyon-St Exupéry (174 km / 1h40 and 16€ toll 2025 pricing) and Genève-Cointrin (233km / 2h14 and 26,6€ toll 2025 pricing).
Beaune is on the SNCF french railways line Lyon-Dijon-Paris. There are trains departing from St Exupery airport and traveling to Beaune, Dijon, etc…
Alternative programme to Bourbon Lancy:
In our previous communication, end September, we suggested an alternative programme for those with a limited interest in technology and old machinery.
The most likely programme would consist in a visit of the « Musée des Beaux Arts » and of the Dijon city center.
Of course, those people would join the main group for the late afternoon and evening wine tasting and dinner.
Awaiting and/or preparing the end year holiday period, we wish you all a good month of December.
