The provisional program is as follows:
Day 1 Monday, June 2, 2025
On Monday morning we take the bus from the hotel to the CNH factory in Zedelgem (production of combine harvesters, self-propelled forage harvesters and large balers)
The reception will be followed by a guided factory tour.
After the factory visit, lunch will be provided in the showroom
After the lunch we leave by bus to Izegem where we will visit a brewery
After the visit to the brewery, we will take the bus to Ypres where we will visit the Flanders field museum with a guide and then possibly a visit to the belfry.
At 6.15 p.m. Dinner in restaurant Depot in Ypres
At 7.40 pm walk to the Menin Gate
At 8.00 pm Attending The Last Post at the Menin Gate
At 8.30 pm we leave by bus to the hotel
Expected arrival in Bruges at 9.15 pm
Day 2 Tuesday, June 3, 2025
Tuesday morning we take the bus from the hotel to the CNH factory in Antwerp (production drivelines and transmissions for the CNH tractors)
The reception will be followed by a guided factory tour.
After the factory visit, lunch is provided in the company restaurant
After lunch we leave by bus to Agrotopia in Roeselare
At 2.30 pm Visit Agrotopia with a guide.
After the visit to Agrotopia, we leave by bus to the hotel
Expected arrival in Bruges at 5.30 pm
At 7.00 pm Two options:
Either we walk to the restaurant in the center of Bruges or we take the bus to a restaurant outside Bruges.
07.20h pm Start gala dinner
After the gala dinner around 11.00h pm, we walk back to the hotel or the bus will drop us at the hotel.
Day 3 Wednesday, June 4, 2025
Wednesday morning we leave by bus from the hotel to Zeebrugge
At 09.30 we visit the CNH branch in the inner port of Zeebrugge
At 10.15 am we leave for the outer port
At 11.00 am we leave with a boat for a guided tour in the port, this cruise lasts one hour
At 12.00 a.m. end of the boat trip
At 12.15 am we leave by bus to the hotel
At 12.35 pm arrival at the hotel and free program (it is possible that we make a small program for the afternoon but this is of course optional)
End of the encounter
We have ensured that you don’t’ need a car for the full three days. Just like in Heilbronn and last year in Modena, we will provide a bus that will take us to the various locations.
